We enter into life; we exit out at death.
    The thirteen organs are with us while we live;
    The thirteen organs are with us when we die.
    The thirteen organs accompany us through life to death.
    Why then do they fail?
    Because we strive too hard at living.

    One who is expert at life, it is said,
    Travels without encountering tigers,
    Or meeting with rhinoceroses,
    And is invulnerable on the field of battle.
    The tiger finds no place to plant its claws;
    The rhino finds no spot to thrust its horn;
    Sharp weapons find no access to his flesh.

    How is that?
    Because he is not of death.
