21.

The greatest Te is to follow the Tao
How it achieves without contriving!

The Tao is obscure; it is vague and elusive.
Elusive, and vague.
And deep and dark as well.
Yet genuine and vital, holding all things latent in it.

From the dawn of time the Tao has never lost the forms
By which we trace existence to the origin of things.
How can we know the Tao enfolds all forms?

By this.
